What if you start talking and listening through your security cam? Sounds great right! It is now possible with Nest’s new smart home Camera. You can now communicate with people through your nest app or home app on your smartphone. Now you can just tell the delivery guy to drop the parcel at your door point through your security cam.
HOW YOU CAN TALK THROUGH NEST CAM
You are just few steps away to speak and listen through your cam. Follow the below steps to enable these features :
Before starting, make sure that the set up of your nest cam is done and the Nest app is all set to run.
- Now open the Nest app.
- Choose your Camera.
- Tap Talk.
- Now you can start communicating through the cam.
- As soon as the conversation ends tap Talk again to hung up.
If you are using Home app then follow:
- First, open the Home app.
- Select the camera you want to speak through.
- Click the microphone icon.
- Turn on the camera if it is showing off.
- Start conversation
- Lastly, after the end of conversation click the microphone icon to hung up.
And you are all set to enjoy the two way audio camera system.
