Rumors of an iPhone SE update have circulated since before the release of the iPhone 13, and Bloomberg now claims that we can anticipate a speedier chip and improved cameras housed within a casing similar to the existing model, with a 4.7-inch screen. In addition to the new iPhone SE, iPad Air, and Mac Mini, the company intends to publicly release the iOS 15.4 upgrade, which is presently in public beta. With iOS 15.4, Apple adds a feature that allows users to utilize Face ID to unlock their iPhone while wearing a mask. Aside from that, it has Universal Control and a new set of emojis.

The updates:

New hardware: Apple is expected to unveil the next-generation iPhone SE at the event. According to previous reports, the iPhone SE 3 would feature a design similar to the iPhone SE 2020, which looks a lot like the iPhone 8. The new iPhone is expected to include a 4.7-inch LCD display with a fingerprint sensor placed in the bottom of the screen’s Home Button.

The new A15 Bionic CPU with 5G connection is rumored to power the iPhone SE 3. For the base variant, this processor is expected to be accompanied with 3GB of RAM and 128GB of storage capacity. The phone is expected to be released in additional storage configurations as well.

The gadget is said to have a 12MP back camera and a front-facing 12MP Face Time camera. The new iPad Air is also believed to be powered by the A15 Bionic chipset and to have a 10.9-inch display.

Speaking of the Mac, a new model with Apple’s own CPU technology inside could potentially debut in March, though not at the same event. We may probably expect “new iMac and Mac Pro desktops, a revamped MacBook Air, an upgraded low-end MacBook Pro, three Apple Watches, four iPhone 14 variants, and new AirPods” later in 2022. Just don’t stay up all night hoping to get your hands on an Apple mixed reality AR / VR headset, which won’t be available until 2023 at the earliest.

Launch delay:

Bloomberg also stated in its article that its sources believe the event may be pushed back owing to manufacturing problems.
