Disabling Amazon Sidewalk on your Amazon Echo speaker

The very first thing you need to do is install the Alexa app and if it is already installed on your smart phone then 

    1. Open the Alexa app.
    2. Head over to more, placed in the bottom bar. 
    3. Click settings.
    4. Then go to account settings.
    5. Then tap Amazon Sidewalk.
    6. Then turn Amazon Sidewalk Off.

And you are done.

Disabling Amazon Sidewalk on ring cameras and doorbells 

These steps are quite simple and straightforward. 

    1. Launch the Ring app.
    2. Click the menu.
    3. Then tap control center.
    4. Click sidewalk.
    5. Toggle the sidewalk button.
    6. Confirm.

However, you can easily re-enable sidewalk anytime you want.
