Currently there are seven speeds you can make Alexa speak at – two are for slower and four for faster.

It’s so simple and doesn’t require multiple steps to do this. Just simply command “Alexa, speak slower”. And if you want to make it speak faster then just command “Alexa, speak faster”. Also in both case if you want to speed up or slow down further then just command the previous command again.
Currently, there no such way through which you can ask Alexa to speak faster or slower in a specific speed.
However, in case, you want it to get back to it’s normal voice speed just simply command
“ Alexa, speak at your normal voice rate.”
