And according to their preferences everyone would get personalized recommendations for their assistant. Additionally, it allows users to personalize the ambient mode screensaver with updates like whether, news and more.

By setting up different personal profile for each individual, it tracks down which viewer watches what and according to that, it recommends what you should watch next. Also, if you got any kid in your house then this feature will work as a boon in disguise for you because you will be easily able to control what your kid should watch. Also, there’s no chance of being confused while searching for watch lists you have saved for later as it offers different playlists for each customer. Just log in to your profile and ask Google assistant, what you should watch to get the recommendation.
“To keep everyone in the house happy — whether that’s your partner, kids, other family members or roommates — we’re bringing features to Google TV that will make TV a little more tailored for whoever’s sitting on the couch,”- explained in a blogpost by Google TV officials.

Additionally, Google assistant is now able to connect an account to the Google TV profile for getting updates about user’s schedule, news, whether and more just by asking “ok Google, show me my day”. These profile and ambient modes are arriving first to Chromecast with Google TV, the Sony and TCl-built Google TV.
