Tripvisor is all set to provide an advanced technological travel experience by creating an immersive audio experience with the help of Amazon Alexa for Orlando tour guide. The travel giant has recently collaborated with Visit Orlando, official tourism association for Orlando. The new Alexa skill has been added to generate travel demand in Orlando as a post pandemic plan.
Alexa and Orlando
Combining Orlando materials and crowd source contents of TripAdvisor Visit Orlando Alexa skill enables users to ask the voice assistant about listening experiences from tourists who have visited Orlando, beautiful sightseeing spots, fine dining, events and ecotourism. The voice assistant can automatically share users about locations of asked hotels and can connect them to the reservation activity pages.
Visit Orlando CEO Casandra Matej stated while announcing the collaboration “ While Orlando is known as the Theme Park Capital of the World, our destination offers endless options for all types of travelers to uncover hidden gems throughout our unique neighborhoods from Winter Garden and Downtown Orlando to Lake Nona and beyond,”

However, Visit Orlando isn’t the first to use Alexa skill, TripAdvisor has a similar skill for Abu Dhabi tour guides.
