Clubhouse has enabled new Replay feature that allows hosts to share and record the full experience of their room live for audiences to watch later. It will benefit a lot of creators in Clubhouse. Besides allowing them to record the audio it also archives the visual of the audience during the live experiences. Also hosts will be able to share links and other elements or the clips on other social media platforms like Spotify, YouTube, instagram and more.

The functionalities of the new feature called Replay was announced first back in September but now it has now officially came in action.  With this new Replay feature users won’t miss the experience of live and will be able to replay the live podcast afterwards. It will create more space for interactions with the link features, allowing moderators to provide more context to the conversation. Not only that, this feature will benefit clubhouse creator who wants to track their room’s life as they will be able to notice who was watching their live when it was recorded and who was watching the Replay. Downloading and sharing the audio will also a bonus part of this feature.

Clubhouse has recently stated in a blogpost announcing the implementation of this feature- “A Clubhouse room is much more than a live podcast. It’s a shared space where people gather and community happens,”  When we set out to build Replays, we wanted to create something that captures the magic and energy of a live Clubhouse room, in ways that non-interactive audio streams alone cannot… Think of it as live, but later — and available to everyone.”
